Next Cross Country Outing - OCT 4th

Well done to all who competed in the St Senans Open cross country on Sunday last. We had around 35 runners from the club on the day.

Next up is the County Cross Country Championships (SUNDAY Oct 4th) for under 10,12,14,16 and 18 and we are keen for as many as possible to make the effort to travel in order to make up teams.

Venue is St Augustines, in Dungarvan and races start at 1pm sharp.

Try to make it before 12:30 so you are entered, togged out and warmed up in plenty of time before your race.

Club singlets are available from Albert for €15.
