Starting at 1pm the Annual Kilmacow Open Sports is on this coming Monday at the Sports Complex in Kilmacow so get into gear for running, jumping and relaying!!

Girls Under 13 100 & 700 mtrs & Shot & H.J.
Girls Under 14 100 & 700 mtrs & L.J.
Girls Under 15 100 & 700 mtrs & Shot & H.J.
Girls Under 16 100 & 700 mtrs & L.J.
Girls Under 17 100 & 700 mtrs & Shot
Boys Under 12 80 & 700 mtrs & Shot
Boys Under 13 100 & 700 mtrs & L.J. & H.J.
Boys Under 14 100 & 700 mtrs & Shot
Boys Under 15 100 & 700 mtrs & L.J. & H.J.

RELAYS: Girls & Boys under 10 - 12 - 14 - 16. Race distance is 4 x 200mtrs
...And for the parents, and those lazy coaches there is a senior 1500m for ladies with prize for first three athletes and first two vets, while the senior men have a 3000m race again with prizes for first three and first two vets.
Admission for adults is €3 and juveniles €2.
