With a large bus of budding athletes a great day was had by all as the sun shone, and Derval O'Rourke signed the day away!
With strength through the club from Tiny Tots to U17, medals and PBs were chased all day.
Ethan Flynn came away with a great 3rd place in the Final of the u9 boys 60m and helped his team of Garvin Blair, Dylan Rowe and Daryl Reidy to 3rd in the 4 x 100m relay. Hugo Blair increased his Long Jump PB by nearly half a meter to come 2nd in the U11 Long Jump.

Thanks to all the parents/coaches who travelled on the day and made the experience great for all....with nobody missing their race!!
NB: NO TRAINING TUESDAY 20TH APRIL AS THERE IS A SOCCER MATCH IN THE RSC
