Great trip to national T&F Championships

With AAI providing a free bus, free entry and a lovely Assics T shirt for all the Juveniles who did the fitness test a great day was had at the national Track & Field championships at santry, Dublin last Sunday. Athletes were very willing to give autographs and we even got to run a lap of the track at the end! 2012 Olympians Paul Hession, Derval Rourke, Colin Griffin and Jessie Barr were very popular and gave plenty of time chatting with the kids.
